Jormac Aerospace is an AS9100 / ISO 9001 certified corporation.  As an FAA PMA holder, Jormac’s Quality Assurance Manual is FAA approved to the most current ISO Revision.  Jormac also holds NADCAP accreditation for composites.  Nadcap (National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program) is an industry-managed approach to conformity assessment of 'special processes' that brings together technical experts from prime contractors, suppliers and representatives from government to work together and establish requirements for approval of suppliers using a standardized approach.  This accreditation enables Jormac to provide composite manufactured deliverables to multiple sectors within the aviation/aerospace industry including OEM, government, military and space segments of our industry.

Our processes and procedures are integrated into all aspects of our day to day operations.  Quality Assurance systems are ingrained in all our processes and the culture within our organization which yields high quality engineering documents and kit deliverables via repeatable, measurable steps.  Each team member plays an active role in assuring our quality objectives are met, and evaluating opportunities for continuous improvement.

Jormac has extensive familiarity with the processes, procedures and quality criteria which are utilized across the aerospace industry.  We incorporate FAA and EASA regulatory requirements into our design standards.  Jormac’s test lab provides FAA certification testing capabilities accompanied by FAA approved test plans and reports.  We have on staff FAA structural DER and DMIR.  These dedicated Jormac personnel provide us the unique capability to provide committed resources to our projects which results in timely data reviews and efficient processing of the associated FAA forms.
